How do I download my files?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files in your account under “My Downloads.”
What file formats are included?
Most of our products include formats such as .AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PNG for vectors, .OTF / .TTF for fonts, and layered .PSD / .XD / .Figma files for templates. File types are listed on each product page.
Can I re-download my purchase?
Yes. You can access your files anytime through your account as long as the product remains available in our shop.
📄 Licensing
What license do I need?
We offer several types of licenses (Personal, Commercial, Webfont, App, etc.). Please refer to our License Overview page to find the one that fits your usage.
Can I use your products for client work?
Yes, but you’ll need at least a Commercial License depending on the type of usage. Redistribution or resale of source files is not allowed.
Do you offer extended licenses?
Yes, we offer Extended Commercial Licenses for larger-scale or unlimited commercial use. Please visit our licensing page or contact us for more details.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments are securely processed.
Can I get a refund?
Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your file, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it. Read our Refund Policy for more details.

I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, reach out to us at hello@mamoostudio.com with your order number and we’ll resend it.
Can I request custom work?
We currently don’t offer custom design services, but we’d love to hear your ideas or suggestions for future products!
